Jorge Castillo Martin, is a Business Administration professional and graduate of the University of Lima. He has eleven years of experience on a national level and experience in management and administration in leading organizations within the textile sector, Human Resource area, and Operations and Security areas. He focuses on identifying and solving problems by promoting a better work environment, leadership and teamwork. Good interpersonal skills with clients and customers on all levels. Business Administrator with expertise in human resources.    

He has taught courses that pertain to Hotel Operations, Human Resource Management and Organization as an invitee educator in the University of San Martín de Porres Facultad de Hotelería, and in the Centro de Formación de Turismo (Cenfotur). 

Jorge has rendered services as a Human Resource Manager in the International Hotel chain Sonesta Posada del Inca and Casa Andina Hoteles, the latter being regarded as the largest hotel chain in Peru. He is currently the Human Resource Manager of 2 companies, Textiles Algodonera Sudamericana and Textil San Ramón.

As a Human Resource Manager, he took on the responsibility of opening and operating 7 hotels of the Sonesta Chain and 13 of the Casa Andina Hotels, with offices in Lima, Nazca, Arequipa, Puno and Cusco, including the hiring of all staff. He additionally provided support in the making of the Strategic Plan and belonged to the Management Committee of both companies.

His work experience, and his current role in service, commercial, and industrial providers has allowed him to achieve a high management level in cultural organization, procedures, and gain control of the corporate business policies.
